From materials to end products, and from manufacturing to installation, Jinyi takes every step possible to ensure a high-quality service, earning respect and recognition from customers all over the world. For equipment and spare parts production, we choose a premium SUS 304 or SUS201 stainless-steel. All raw material suppliers are required to provide both a testing report and quality certificate, and each material batch will be sample tested before being put into use. Then, to ensure the precision, we are outfitted with a series of highly automatic equipment, including a laser cutting machine and CNC bending machine to complete the machining process. Machined parts are welded by technicians with more than 10 years of experience in the field, ensuring a perfect product to meet your every need. Parts then undergo grinding and wire drawing to ensure a smooth, easy to clean surface.
